The story behind "My Rosy Heart" One of my favorite scriptures in the Bible is "A happy heart makes the face cheerful" -Proverbs 15:13 When I read this scripture I realized how true it really is! When your heart is happy, you have a smile on your face. When your heart is sad, you have a frown. What makes your heart happy? When you have a relationship with God, how can your heart not be happy?! There may be trials and very difficult times where you feel down and discouraged but be happy knowing that you are the son/daughter of the Most High! If I can impact or encourage just one person through this blog then my goal will be met.. I pray this blog not only encourages you to stand firm in your faith but also encourages you to be a light in the world for everyone to see no matter what situation you are facing!  Again, welcome to My Rosy Heart and please enjoy reading a glimpse of my life!

This is my reality, every single part of it. Not only the rosy side but the sticky, not so fun side as well!

Although you may not always have a rosy life, you should always have a rosy heart knowing you are the child of the one true King! 

I am a loving, yet strong willed wife, daughter and sister who values faith and family more than anything here on the Earth. I believe God is faithful and will guide me through all my hardships and mend my broken heart when needed.
